The Convoyant Events decides to meet for the first time with its followers in the event "know us" with which it has managed to gather in one place, all its followers in a congress in which they have dialogued about ideas about social and political events that are carried out in the area of Alicante, at the same time that the future of the company has been discussed. The creators of Convoyant Events have been very happy with the result that this event has left. They have not been the only ones who have been delighted with the congress since the public has also enjoyed the event very much and have recorded their satisfaction. Since the congress, the Convoyant Events company has already informed us that the number of clients that hire their services has increased by 10%, a big step for the company and its benefits.

We started at 10:00 am with different presentations, made by those created by the company Convoyant Events; followed by several professionals in the events and leisure time sector.
The headquarters had a capacity for 5,000 people, perfect for the number of public that attended the congress.
We were able to enjoy an audience that encompassed all age ranges, which creates a great diversity of thoughts and ideologies.
The papers lasted approximately 3 hours, which means that they ended at 1:00 p.m.

Once the presentations were made, both attendees and speakers could enjoy a meal consisting of gourmet dishes, to taste flavors with which even the most demanding palate will enjoy refined flavors and a wide range of foods.
Our waiters offered for the table in which our clients were, enjoying a pleasant conversation in which the diversity of opinions created and enriching evening.

Once the venue had been decorated, the presentations had been made and customers had settled in the area prepared for the evening of catering, a small well-known jazz group delighted us with their music to liven up the stay, which was very valued by the attendees.

Given the characteristics of Congress Busters and its requirements for the organization of the congress, the Congress Busters team decided to hold the event in Alicante, where the great majority of the public was and also a city with a suitable climate for the realization of the congress.
The chosen venue in this city was the City of Light, where we took one of the sets for the presentations and another for the catering, both decorated appropriately for the occasion.
